Currently, Sharon is returning to public life as a consultant and spokesperson for Onsite Workshops.  Onsite has treated or trained 40,000+ people. She will be directing selected programs, designing new  programs, training staff and doing public speaking. She is a family therapist and has conducted workshops around the world and has consulted with school systems, business and industry, treatment centers, and counseling agencies.

She has won awards in communication and has appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show", "The Phil Donahue Show", "Good Morning America", and countless other TV and radio shows both in the United States and Europe, Australia, New Zealand , and Canada.

Sharon's family roles - family hero, scapegoat, lost child and mascot have been used by counseling centers, business and industry and have become part of main stream conversation. Her words and her wisdom about women and their issues has changed countless lives one book at a time.
