Sharon is a nationally known consultant, educator, and author. She is a family therapist and has conducted workshops around the world and has consulted with school systems, business and industry, treatment centers, and counseling agencies.

She has won awards in communication and has appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show", "The Phil Donahue Show", "Good Morning America", and countless other TV and radio shows both in the United States and Europe, Australia, New Zealand , and Canada.

Sharon is the founder of the Family Factory (counseling center for children of alcoholics), Family Care (Johnson Institute), and Onsite Workshops. Over the 20 years she served as President of Onsite Workshops, over 25,000 individuals have attended these programs.

Sharon is available for one day or weekend workshops. The goal of these workshops is to help individuals find their personal resources and power so they can make decisions that will help them reach the goals they set for themselves.
